Women's Basketball Looks To Return To Tournament With Win at Tiffin
(TIFFIN, Ohio) – With its magic number still at one, the Walsh women's basketball team looks to clinch the final playoff spot in the GLIAC Tournament tomorrow at Tiffin. The Cavaliers currently hold onto that spot by 1.5 games over Hillsdale and two games over Findlay.

Walsh currently stands at 13-12 overall and 9-9 in the GLIAC. Tiffin is 6-17 overall and 4-14 in the conference. A win by the Cavaliers or a loss by the Oilers would give the Maroon and Gold the final spot.

The Cavaliers come in as one of the best rebounding teams in the conference with 38.5 per game, fourth-most in the GLIAC. They are the top offensive rebounding team in the conference with 14.2 per game.

Defensively Walsh also ranks third in the GLIAC with 9.6 steals per game.

The Cavs will have to square up with the best 3-point shooting team in the GLIAC in Tiffin. The Dragons top the conference in 3-pointers made and attempted with 8.8 and 25.1, respectively.
