Men's Tennis Falls to Tiffin in Semis

OWENSBORO, Kentucky - The Walsh Cavaliers men's tennis team looked to punch their ticket to the 2022 Great Midwest Tennis Championship Final on Friday (April 22) but had to find the way to exact revenge on the Tiffin Dragons, seeded second in the tournament. 

Tiffin outlasted the Cavaliers 4-2 in a competitive match. The Dragons took the two doubles matches to gain a 1-0 lead. After Tiffin won the second singles match for a 2-0 lead, Alex Medina and Pedro Campos tied the match at 2 all with wins in fifth and sixth singles, respectively. Tiffin won the first and fourth singles matches to clinch the match.
