Cavaliers Cross Country Stays at No. 5 in Both Polls

(NEW ORLEANS) – Heading into the All-Ohio Championships, both Walsh men's and women's cross country teams remained at No. 5 in this week's USTFCCCA Midwest Region Poll. The men are the topped G-MAC team ranked in the region, while the women are the third-highest of the G-MAC schools.

On the men's side, Grand Valley State tops the charts once again. Southern Indiana sits in second while Lewis and Bellarmine round out the top five. Six through 10 belong to Malone, Wisconsin-Parkside, Hillsdale, Saginaw Valley State, and Cedarville. The top nine stayed the same while the Yellow Jackets jumped in after being unranked last week.

On the women's side, Grand Valley State also tops the list again. Hillsdale is at No. 2 as the top-ranked G-MAC team. Southern Indiana and Cedarville complete the top five. Northern Michigan, Malone, Bellarmine, Saginaw Valley State, and Ferris State round out the top 10, identical to one week ago.
