Colleen was Walsh's first and only 12 letter athlete. Having earned four letters each in basketball, softball and volleyball. As a setter on the volleyball court, she was a member of Walsh's 1983 team that finished 33-10-2 and District 22 runner-up. She was named first-team All-Greater Ohio Athletic Conference in 1983. As a guard in basketball, she again played on a District 22 runners-up team in 1983-84. At the time of her graduation she ranked in fifth carrer assists (216) and was in the top in free throws made (157) free throws attempted (211), free throw percentage (.744),steals (133) and games played (101). She was also a member of Walsh's first fast-pitch softball team (1984), which won the GOAC title in that first year. One of Walsh's most dedicated student-athletes, Colleen carried a perfect 4.00 GPA.
