Walsh University's Mercy Wellness Center
Providing fitness and health services to Walsh students, athletes, and staff. Located in the Cecchini Center, the Mercy Wellness Center encompasses the Cavalier Fitness Center, University health services, community clinics and training areas for Walsh athletes.
The Cavalier Fitness Center has a host of equipment for all exercise needs, including elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, weight-resistant machines, free weights and stretching and aerobics areas. You will need a valid Walsh ID card to enter the fitness center.
Cavalier Fitness Center is staffed by educated and highly trained student staff members, who can answer any questions about the fitness and wellness center.
As a collaborative project with Mercy Medical Center of Canton, free community health clinics sponsored at the Wellness Center offer public health education seminars.
Cavalier Fitness Center Hours (During School Year)
Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Closed when school is not in session for holiday breaks and for official school closings due to weather.
Walsh ID's, full length and full sleeved t-shirts are required. A clean change of shoes is required during all winter months to avoid salt damage to flooring and equipment.

Open 24/7 during semester for residential students only; Closed during Summer months
