Men's Basketball Falls On The Road To Northwood

(MIDLAND, Michigan)- The Men's Basketball team fell just short to Northwood 75-88 as the Timberwolves came out on top. 

Darryl Straughter was the lead scorer for the Maroon and Gold with 25 points. Straughter went 6 for 10 from behind the arc and an even 5 for 5 from the free throw line. Conner Wess contributed 11 total points for the Cavs and 4 steals. Sterling Christy and Caleb Canter both added 8 points each. Christy led the team with 10 total rebounds. 

Northwood had 6 players in double digits to help in their victory over the Cavs. Demitri Martin was the Timberwolves leading scorer with 14 points. 

The Men get back to action Sunday against Thiel in Alumni Arena at 1.
