Walsh Ready For Hillsdale Thursday

(HILLSDALE, Mich.) - Walsh heads north to Michigan for the final time in the regular season as it takes on Hillsdale in GLIAC South Division action. The Cavaliers (12-4, 5-4) are on a three-game win streak and looking to keep that momentum going against the upstart Chargers (7-9, 3-7) who are coming off of a loss at Ashland.

The Cavs' Ironton duo of Trey Fletcher and Zac Carter continue to be one of the most dominant 1-2 punches in the country with each averaging over 20 points per game. Last week Fletcher averaged 23.5 points and 13 rebounds per game en route to being name the GLIAC South Division player of the Week this season. Against Ohio Valley, Fletcher recorded career-bests in both points with 34 and rebounds with 14.

Carter also had a career game against Lake Erie as he poured in a personal-best 37 points against the Storm. He currently averages 25.4 points per game, the fourth-best mark in the nation.
