Cavs Look To Bounce Back vs. Cardinals

(CANTON, Ohio) - Walsh returns to Tom Benson Stadium to take on Saginaw Valley State in the home opener tomorrow afternoon at 1. The Cavaliers are looking to rebound from last week's defeat at Wayne State, while the Cardinals cruised by Alderson Broaddus in Week 1 action.

Despite Walsh being former members of the GLIAC, this is just the third time these two teams will be opposite of each other on the gridiron. Two years ago the Cardinals edged Walsh in a close game at North Canton Memorial Stadium, while last season Walsh was shutout up in University Center.

Koby Adu-Poku accounted for most of the offense with 140 total yards in last week's defeat. Mitchell Ault was 10-of-18 for 78 yards under center.

Defensively Stephen Baugh led the team with nine tackles, three of which were for a loss. Dylan Garver added seven tackles and intercepted one pass with a 30-yard return.
